If you find the line too long, you can easily fold it in half and click it onto the extra ring. This way you shorten the line to 2.6 meters, which keeps you flexible in different situations.

The water and dirt repellent material keeps the Long Leash in top condition, even on wet or muddy days. Rain or a puddle of water are no problem - this line remains reliable and easy to use , regardless of the weather conditions.

Dog Leash & Long Leash: Hand washing with mild soap and warm water will clean the Dog Leash and Long Leash the fastest. If you still want to do a thorough wash, these 2 products can be put in the washing machine (30 degrees) in the supplied washing bag.

Please note before use:
All dyes in our products are safe for pets. Some of our brighter colors, such as Apple, may transfer dye onto lighter colored coats. We recommend hand washing with mild soap and warm water before first use and air drying.

Returns
We offer a 30 day warranty on all our products as long as they are unworn & unused Please ensure that all labels & tags are still attached to the product. If you are unable to meet these requirements, we will unfortunately not be able to process your return or exchange request.

Please note that the return costs are at your own expense. To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Page or send an email to info@snout-soul.com and you will receive further instructions for the return.

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund your purchase amount within 10 business days, provided the product has been received in good condition.

To avoid a product that doesn't fit completely, make sure you measure your dog properly around the neck and chest.
