Shipping

We process your order within 1–2 business days after receiving your payment. Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. On average, shipping takes 6–12 days, so you can expect your package within 7–14 days.

Returns

We offer a 30-day warranty on all our products, provided they are unworn and unused, with all labels and tags still attached. If these conditions are not met, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process a return or exchange.

Once we’ve received and approved your return, your purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days, provided the product meets the return conditions.

Tip: To avoid sizing issues, be sure to measure your dog properly around the neck and chest.
